We coordinate sourcing and supply. We don’t provide customs brokerage, biosecurity clearance or regulatory approval services.
Imported food may need to meet requirements in New Zealand. These are confirmed for each product and shipment, and any clearance is handled by licensed customs brokers and the relevant authorities. We work alongside the parties you appoint and share the supplier documentation available to us.
